Responsibility
- prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- monitor and manage financial performance against targets and KPIs, including weekly flash reporting
- assist in financial modelling and scenario analysis for strategic planning
- ensure compliance with accounting principles and relevant regulations
- participate in the development and improvement of financial processes and systems
- prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for fluctuations
- assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives
Requirements
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, or working towards these qualifications
- proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role
- high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- demonstrable organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and planning
- excellent communicator, ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders
- decision making, ability to problem solve and use initiative
