Requirements

understanding of platforms such as ERP systems
experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines

provide continuous improvement in the DSO and ensure the age profile of total debtors is managed to within agreed targets
to maximise cash collection, minimising levels of overdue debt and agreement of balances
to ensure the provision of an effective credit control function for all debtors, implementation of credit control procedures and policies and ensure procedures are in place to review outstanding debts
manage and monitor new customer account set up, including the assessment, setting and controlling of credit limits, credit insurance and customer guarantees
ensure Credit Controllers keep accurate records on chasing activities, payment promises and queries
timely escalation of issues, including the effective collection and reporting of individual issues within the team
Requirements
strong Credit Management Leader with an ability to demonstrate delivery
extensive experience in credit control processes
experience in using accounting and ERP systems
