EURO GARAGES is looking for employees for positions:
it project manager
Responsibility
- manage end-to-end project delivery, inclusive of hypercare support, closure and transition into BAU
- define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, and own stakeholder management
- draft and submit budget proposals and request subsequent budget changes where necessary through appropriate change control
- determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary
- set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Requirements
- degree in any Information Technology/Information Systems disciplines
- 4-5 years’ experience working in a Project Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
- project Management industry certifications I.E. PRINCE2
- strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or comparative tools
- understanding of platforms such as ERP systems
- experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
