Working hours

Responsibility
inputting time sheets for over 100 subcontractors on weekly basis and calculating payments due
raising and processing payment certificates
checking HMRC requirements
processing invoices under CIS and RC VAT Scheme
uploading payments and bank reconciliation
dealing with subcontractor queries
processing CIS, VAT returns and assisting in all statutory reporting requirements
maintaining nominal / supplier ledgers using Sage 200 and Eque2 Construction software
Requirements
strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
self-motivated
familiarity with Sage 200 and / or Eque2 preferable but not essential
ability to provide references from previous employer
the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in office environment, preferably in Construction Industry, with knowledge of Accounts Payable / Payroll procedures
