  • ensure that shipping information is accurate and up to date
  • ensure system is kept updated with accurate costs and delivery dates
  • manage inventory levels within the company’s warehouse to ensure availability of product on time
  • manage inventory control procedures for inventory management purposes
  • prepare reports on shipment performance as required by management
