Responsibility

  • euramax Solutions are a well established Manufacturing business, trading for over 70 years
  • we have an exciting opportunity for a Health Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team
  • you will be responsible for legal compliance for health and safety and the delivery of the Health and Safety strategy
  • you will provide expertise and guidance to the site, with the opportunity to influence, develop and improve safety standards
  • you will be part of the site senior management team and be an enabler to drive cultural improvements
  • as the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, this is a standalone role with one direct report, reporting to the Site Lead at Euramax Solutions
  • ensure the site complies with statutory and legislative requirements with particular regard to policy, procedures, systems, implementation, auditing and review to establish best practice
  • lead investigations into near misses, accidents and dangerous occurrences, as required, to ensure causal analysis is undertaken to reduce likelihood of recurrence; and provide adequate information from the investigation as part of “lessons learned” to share information and knowledge across the site
