Working hours
- full-time | Contract
Responsibility
- advise Team manager/supervisor or trainer when an instruction is unclear or not understood
- ensure that any issues relating to product integrity and/or quality specification are passed through to the Shift manager or supervisor quickly
- comply and carry out the department’s specific hygiene, housekeeping and clean downs to the relevant procedures or work instructions, to maintain product quality
- maximise output whilst maintaining quality of finished product and documentation
- to ensure procedures for checking and packaging the product are carried out in line with the specific work instruction and specification for that product
- be familiar and comply with all company handbook policies
- ensure the requirements of the are complied with especially where the operation of equipment have the safety features in use and any additional safety equipment is used appropriately
- comply with company’s quality operating procedures, ISO 13485 while supporting the continual improvement of the environmental procedures of ISO 14001 and net zero targets
Requirements
- excellent eye for detail
- awareness of the hygiene levels required for the manufacture and packaging of the product and work environment
- principles of Health & Safety in the workplace, protecting self, others and equipment from damage
- dexterous
- be able to work under pressure whilst remaining focused, methodical and professional
- working as a team to produce the most effective outcome
