Responsibility
- day to day processing and posting of sales and purchases invoices, reconciliation of bank accounts using XERO
- cash Flow report preparation and managing
- VAT Return and all HMRC reporting and management
- preparation and running of monthly payroll
- general accruals – Posting and reconciliation
- balance sheet reconciliations
- processing of manual and automatic journals in Xero Bookkeeping Software
- control of procurement procedures an contract management with external suppliers
Requirements
- proven experience of general accounting within a busy Finance team demonstrating an ability to prepare accounts, VAT returns, and payroll
- experience using XERO is mandatory
- excellent attention to detail
- good communication skills
- self Motivated and ability
- strong Organisational skill
- courteous, friendly and a positive can-do attitude
