  • assist carpenters with various tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
  • learn and apply carpentry techniques and skills under the guidance of experienced carpenters
  • assist in the installation and repair of structures, fixtures, and furniture
  • follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
  • collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements

  • ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labour as required
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • willingness to learn and develop carpentry skills through on-the-job training
