Responsibility

  • dealing with incoming customer enquiries via email, telephone and occasionally face-to-face
  • contacting customers by email and telephone for outstanding payments
  • some general office admin duties
  • identifying customer needs and responding to them in a timely manner
  • supporting other departments within the team with customer enquiries and issues
  • resolving customer issues where possible or escalating to manager if not able to resolve
  • communicating with potential new customers via email and telephone informing them of services provided
  • alongside internal training given you will gain excellent new knowledge & skills through the Customer Service Practitioner L2 apprenticeship programme
