Responsibility

  • prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control
  • minimise food waste through careful ordering and training the team
  • review Daily Flash Report and actively involved food and Labour cost controlling
  • ensure that ordering practices remain within budget
  • ensure end of the inventory is accurate and completed
  • control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
  • comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • any other reasonable tasks asked to be performed by the management according to the changing business needs
