  • we are looking for a Building Manager who will take overall responsibility for a newly refurbished office building including the efficient management of overseeing planned and reactive maintenance and contractor management, ensuring the common areas are well presented, and providing an exceptional level of customer service to all visitors and future tenants of the building
  • maintaining all building compliance records, reporting changes/requirements to the property manager
  • the role will initially be on a part time basis to work 20 hours per week. The days and hours yet to be confirmed but it is likely to be either full days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; or every weekday but either mornings or afternoons
  • to manage evacuation procedures in line with the Client’s instructions and Property procedures
  • oversee all contractors, both routine and non-routine for minor work and repairs for the building
  • perform regular quality inspections/site walk arounds, inspecting all internal and external communal areas on a daily basis for cleanliness, checking for any faults to equipment, any damage to the building and any health and safety risks

  • experience of running large service charge budgets and carrying out year end reconciliations
