Responsibility
- reporting any changes in Service Users’ health or behaviour to the senior care staff on duty
- ensuring vacant rooms are prepared for viewing and admissions, laying and clearing of tables for meals services, caring for plants and flowers around the home, ensuring the home always looks presentable inside, and any pathways/patios leading up to the House
- to be aware of all fire exit means of escape from any house in which you work at all times
- to attend staff and other meetings as requested
- deep clean the laundry area monthly, or sooner dependant on Infection Control protocols
- keeping up to date with all mandatory training to ensure the safety of all who live, work, and visit the home
- deep clean each area monthly, or sooner dependant on Infection Control protocols
- ensure that all chemicals used for cleaning are removed from Service Users’ rooms and safely stored/locked away after use and that health and safety rules are strictly adhered to
