Responsibility
- produce quarterly management accounts for the Board
- ensure effective financial controls, and compliance of all statutory requirements and accounting in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice and the Companies Act
- lead on the annual production and audit of ETP’s statutory accounts, including preparation of the statutory accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- support to the Programmes Team in preparing donor reports and provide advice with regard to cost recovery and cost attribution
- we are seeking a Head of Finance to play a leadership role in helping it to achieve its objectives and enable international activities to catalysing long-term, systemic change, to benefit everybody who works in tea – especially people in tea-producing regions
- oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes prepared by the Finance Manager
