Responsibility
- working initially with our senior partner and then with other solicitors within the team you will gain excellent experience
- we are looking for a Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join our litigation team dealing with a wide mix of commercial litigation and civil litigation matters
- attending and advising clients in a variety of dispute resolution matters
- existing time spent in the litigation field is essential for the role. Training Contracts will be considered after completion of 12 months
- responding to post, telephone enquiries and queries from clients, other professionals and colleagues in order to progress matters effectively and efficiently and in compliance with the firm’s client service standards
- assisting with the management of a case load including a full risk assessment of all matters, whilst complying with all relevant procedures both internal and external
- to actively seek opportunities to develop the dispute resolution department and to cross refer work within the Firm and to carry out cross referrals at the earliest possible time
