  • we are currently recruiting for a Senior CRM Manager to join our Marketing team on a 12-month fix term contract
  • accountable for a strong test-and-learn program, developing hypothesis and experiments to create a bank of best practice principals
  • lead engagement on strategic projects, working closely with Project teams and developers to implement business and customer growth initiatives
  • you will work closely with the Data Science team and take ownership of projects
  • work closely and collaboratively with Data Science & Pricing teams to optimise CPA and value contribution from customer marketing programs

Requirements

  • CRM marketing manager from a B2C Financial Services/Regulated industry background
  • commercially astute, with the ability to forecast impacts from campaign activity for bottom-up strategic planning
  • customer-focused, with a broad, channel-agnostic mindset – constantly looking for new ways to drive results and improve customer experience
  • data-driven and curious, with the ability to examine fragmented data to inform new campaigns and customer experiences
  • excellent problem-solving skills. Taking ownership of issues, understanding trends and root cause
  • good communication skills - able to represent marketing throughout the business and deal effectively with people from a variety of disciplines
