• background in paid social marketing for ecommerce, direct to consumer, or subscription based businesses
• proficient on the DTC marketing funnel with the ability to prove Paid Social’s impact on other channels
• at least 4-5 years of experience with Paid Media strategy and execution preferably in the Beauty or Consumer goods or Entertainment industries
• advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into action
• experience working with Media Mix Model
