  • PO’s – creating PO’s for hauliers
  • customer returns – processing packaging returns on priority and emailing them to sales/credits
  • filing transport trip/check sheets, daily
  • deliveries ex Leeds – sending packing slips to Leeds and liaising with them about any changes/cancellations/extra shunts
  • cover for the Transport Co-Ordinator
  • ordering stationery and cleaning/canteen products for the site
