Responsibility
- delivering bespoke ice cubes to venues across central London from our Acton warehouse
- loading and unloading products from warehouse/vehicle, ensuring safe handling of products
- providing excellent customer service and interacting with clients in a friendly, professional manner upon delivery
- completing certain mandatory training for food handling
- ensuring: deliveries are on time, product quality is maintained, and the operational team is kept up-to-date on issues/delays. This is critical given the nature of the product

Requirements
- UK or EU driving license
- VAN required , which is suitable for deliveries
- eligibility to live and work in the UK
- previous experience with deliveries in Central London, preferably in a similar role/industry
- ability to lift, carry and handle heavy and delicate items with care
- excellent time management and organisational skills
- strong communication and customer service skills
- team player attitude with the ability to work independently
