  • data entry – analysed by projects and cost codes
  • month end reconciliations – agreeing supplier statements and ensuring that any discrepancies are investigated and resolved in good time
  • preparation and in-putting of month end journals
  • processing of weekly payroll, preparing and processing wages journals
  • administration of the Company Pension Scheme
  • producing internal Management Accounts
  • general Administration of the finance office

Requirements

  • recognised accountancy qualification
  • finance & Accounting Occupations: 2 years
  • accounting: 2 years
