Responsibility
- assist with general administrative duties such as answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records
- coordinate property viewings and liaise with clients, vendors, and agents to ensure smooth operations
- support the sales team by preparing property listings, brochures, and other marketing materials
- assist in organizing and maintaining property files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and up to date
- conduct research and gather relevant information to support client requests and property inquiries
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and provide support as needed
- serve as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate and informed assistance to clients
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the estate agency sector
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- knowledge of the local property market and familiarity with St. Albans and surrounding areas would be advantageous
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
