Education
- GCSE or equivalent
- good telephone answering/interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn
- good listening skills
- positive, can do attitude
Requirements
- full City & Guilds qualification required – certified technician in an automotive service field
- enthusiasm to deliver the Mercedes Benz customer experience
- good administration skills/organisation skills
- ability to work effectively within a team environment
- flexible approach to work and adaptable to thrive in a changing environment
- IT literate
