Working hours

Responsibility
answering incoming telephone calls
respond to customer emails
work with Key Account Manager to process customer quotations and orders in a timely and accurate manner
maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of customer quotes and orders using our CRM systems
assist with the preparation of quotations and other data analysis as needed
perform general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, speaking with and building relationships with our suppliers
keep Office Clean & Tidy
support other team members as needed
Requirements
strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
full training on our computer systems will be provided
this position will suit somebody looking for Part Time or Full Time work as two part time hires can be made for the right candidates instead of one full time candidate
