Responsibility
- ensure all team members carry out their duties in a correct and timely manner in accordance with the service level agreement
- responsible and accountable for safety and welfare of team members
- to ensure all HR policies and procedures are adhered to, including submitting monthly timesheets to the payroll department
- manage budgets relating to recruitment, stores orders, ad-hoc work quotations and service partners
- undertake programmed quality control audits on service delivery and cleaning standards, ensuring no non-compliances and non-conformities
- to promote innovative technologies and identify any costs savings
- managing the site team ensuring company procedures and policies are adhered to and the interests of the company are always being considered
- provide regular reports and attend planned and ad-hoc meetings with client representatives to ensure service delivery satisfaction
Requirements
- 2 years in a similar client facing role within the cleaning industry
- experience in creating a high-level customer experience
- excellent communication and written skills
- good financial knowledge and control of budgets
- strong leadership ability
- experience using CAFM systems
- understanding of waste streams
- strong leadership skills
