- client communication pre and post payroll processing
- end to end payroll administration and processing

- creating and processing multiple pay/deduction elements with different tax/NI requirements
- processing all statutory payments
- maintaining AE pension schemes within the payroll
- setting up new PAYE schemes and payrolls
- uploading RTI data to HMRC
- setting up and maintaining AE pension schemes within payroll
- liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients

Requirements
- the ideal candidate must thrive in a busy environment and welcome the challenge of month end
- excellent MS Office skills
- sage, Star or QTAC payroll systems

- whilst payroll certifications or qualifications are not a requirement, these will be considered during the application process if necessary
- processing starters, leavers, statutory payments and deductions & auto-enrolment

- RTI submissions
- the successful candidate will have experience working in a bureau environment, be experienced in a diversity of payroll and appreciate the difference between working in a bureau and an in-house payroll department
- while payroll certifications or qualifications are not a requirement, we hold the CIPP in high regard and are happy to invest in employees wishing to attain CIPP accreditations
- the successful candidate will have bureau experience and the diversity that comes with such a role. The ideal candidate must thrive in a busy environment and understand the needs of a payroll business
