• analysing the infrastructure for deficiencies and inefficiencies
• ensuring that the Company Quality Health & Safety objectives and statutory obligations are adhered to at all time
• effective completion of all Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules to exacting standards

• delivery of improvement processes and methods of operating practices within the site
• responsible for the surpassing of all Key Performance Indicators and delivering an exemplary level of customer service
• accountable for fault diagnosis and problem solving
• external Contractor management and monitoring of key service KPI’s with action plans
• produce weekly and monthly management service / KPI reports for internal and external distribution
• management of large automation projects
• full P&L responsibility across the entire engineering and facilities budget
• ensure that the Engineering and Facilities team are fully up to date with relevant legislative qualifications
