Responsibility
- we are a small established Security Company based in Garforth and are looking to recruit a new member of the team to manage and run our service desk. We are looking for an individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- ensure all follow up appointments are booked and managed
- ensure the Engineers vehicles are checked and services/MOT of such vehicles are up to date
Requirements
- strong Customer Service Background
- excellent Oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- excellent organisational skills
- clear and Polite Telephone Manner
- excellent IT Skills
- attention to detail
- experience of Intruder Alarms/CCTV/Fire alarms advantageous but not necessary - full training will be given
