Responsibility

  • we are looking to hire a strong second chef that will compliment an existing manager and team
  • the ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar environment. 20-30 hours per week on a fully flexible rota
  • should have the drive to help develop new ideas and push sales through quality and exacting execution. A keen baker would be ideal . And be used to working under press in a busy kitchen
  • ideally looking for an experienced chef who is able to demonstrate their creativity and menu planning abilities while assisting in the management and day to day eho and cleaning requirements
