Responsibility

  • oversee the service of food & beverages within the Bar
  • maintain overall responsibility for beverage service throughout the Hotel
  • to ensure all complaints are minimised and handles professionally as in accordance with our policies
  • to supervise & manage the Bar/Beverage team in line with company policies and manuals
  • to ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
  • work with the Food and Beverage Manager, Operations Manager & General Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets
  • ensure that you are employing relevant staff for the department and following correct recruitment and induction procedures
  • to assist in any function or events set ups in accordance with procedures
