Responsibility
- with a combined turnover of circa
- first point of contact for all H&S matters
- the Health, Safety & Facilities Manager will identify opportunities for and promote a culture of ‘continuous H&S improvement’
- ensure relevant qualifications are kept up to date
- organise, Chair & improve the performance of the Group’s internal H&S Committee
- the ESP Group is a dynamic group of companies consisting of e-commerce and manufacturing with excellent growth potential and a solid business strategy
- support external consultants with H&S / ISO audits, ensuring our ongoing compliance and supporting implementation of recommended improvements
- develop and own a Group-wide facilities related preferred suppliers list and owning those supplier relationships
Requirements
- the successful candidate will have some prior experience in a H&S role, preferably in a SME environment. Self motivated and eager to challenge & improve the status quo, they will want to drive the business forward
