- communicating with Suppliers and Manufacturers relating to customers’ orders
- raising Invoices & Taking Payments
- ad-hoc administration support to Sales Team as required
- ensure correct paperwork is raised and complete to Support Sale staff processing orders
- meeting and greeting customers to the Showroom
- caring for and providing refreshments to customers and those who are waiting for a member of sales staff to become available
- introducing customers to the relevant Sales staff
- ensuring that the handover to Sales staff is done effectively and efficiently, passing over all appropriate customer details
