Responsibility

  • field Service Technician
  • maintaining first class quality standards in line with business principles through remote support and site visits whilst meeting our customers SLA
  • capable of building up our customer’s trust and rapport through demonstrating the ability to rectify problems and deliver expectation with confidence
  • full Time – 40 Hours
  • permanent
  • responsible for own conduct whilst representing the company in the field in line with Eskens code of conduct
  • ability to perform machine set up, preparation, installation and maintenance of Dispensers, Mixers and Shakers and PC equipment including software and remote technology
  • demonstrate the correct skill set to reactively perform both ends of the spectrum from minor fault finding through to major technical issue

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years electromechanical service experience including being fully PC literate, with an understanding of both firmware and operating software
  • ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams
  • experienced insight into technical faults, mechanical, electrical and software-based issues
  • full/Clean UK Driving Licence
  • the role is a fully mobile role throughout the UK and Ireland and occasionally Europe with overnight stays required
