Responsibility
- ensuring the Company Safety Management Systems is such that it complies with the requirements necessary to adhere to legislation and regulations
- carry out detailed Audits as per the Audit Programme, compile the Audit report and ensure that all Non-Conformances are raised and closed out within the agreed timescale
- interface with clients and contractors on safety and compliance matters
- maintain liaison with enforcement agencies and local authorities
- do not undertake or request others to undertake any works for which you/they do not hold the required competency or authority to undertake
- maintain, develop and review the risk assessments and COSHH assessment process
