Requirements
- in this graduate scheme you will be trained by a variety of methods including shadowing a director and class room training
- ESG Recruitment are looking for 4 people to engage in this graduate scheme which will see you undertake different rotations and train you fully to become a recruitment consultant in the legal field
- this will ensure that you are capable of understanding legal terminology and also ensure that you understand all of the techniques of being a consultant; involving how to communicate effectively with candidates and clients, how to open and close deals and how to develop new business
- A minimum basic salary of £25,000 will be offered, however you could gain more depending on your previous sales, recruitment or legal experience and what you achieved in your previous roles
- in this position most of your salary will be gained via commissions. Thus a realistic target of £50k can be earned in year one for the correct person
