Responsibility

  • analysing customer demands from forecasts and pipeline
  • work with Demand Planning Commercial Teams to develop and maintain the production plan to support the rolling forecast and fulfilment plan
  • identify and manage exceptions to the fulfilment plan
  • work closely with the customer service and logistics teams in the day-to-day management of order fulfilment
  • work with Demand Planning, Innovation and Commercial Teams to support NPI

Requirements

  • experience of working in a similar Material/Supply Planning role
  • strong knowledge of supply planning processes and S&OP
  • strong focus on customer service, both internally and externally
  • proven skills in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities will change and need to be acted on quickly
  • resilient and hardworking
