Responsibility
- prepare surfaces and apply paint to various structures, including walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture
- mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint evenly and efficiently
- fill cracks, holes, and other imperfections in surfaces before painting
- clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- follow safety protocols and use protective gear while working
- general maintenance: ie Change Lightbulbs, Clean external windows and Carpark. Remove and reapply bathroom sealent etc
Requirements
- proven experience as a painter / Maintenance or similar role
- familiarity with safety precautions and regulations related to painting and maintenance
- attention to detail and ability to work independently
- physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- painting: 1 year
