Responsibility
ensuring that communications and consumer touch points are presented in-line with the brand guidelines and fit with the overall brand image
delivering the brand email strategy, including data segmentation, with a focus on both customer acquisition and retention
finding ways to engage a wider audience through organic social platforms and developing methods for obtaining user generated content
developing and briefing content with both internal and external teams. Includes briefing creative and design teams for assets, CGI imagery and print materials
working with the external PR agency to ensure they deliver against their objectives and increase brand awareness through relevant publications and outreach
developing the affiliate and referrals schemes, as well as brand collaborations which currently include household names such as John Lewis & Partners and B&Q
supporting copywriters to deliver content in the correct tone of voice, that supports the customer purchasing journey and contributes to the organic growth strategy
Requirements

ability to work dynamically, in a fast-paced environment
