Responsibility
- oversee the day-to-day operations of the attraction, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for children and families
- manage and lead a team of staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all play and common areas
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety procedures
- develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance visitor experience and staff efficiency
- handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively
- plan and coordinate events, parties, and group bookings to drive visitor engagement and revenue
- monitor inventory and manage stock levels for all operational supplies, including food and beverage items
Requirements
- previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably within the leisure, hospitality, or family entertainment industry
- strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating positive visitor experiences
- good understanding of health and safety standards, particularly related to child safety and public spaces
- strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak times as required
- first Aid and Safeguarding training
