Responsibility
- supervise and manage a team of Care and Support Workers, providing guidance, support, and direction as required
- participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis
- conduct regular audits of care delivery to ensure that all standards are met, and take corrective action where necessary
- developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered by the team, and take action to address any issues or concerns as required
- work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, occupational therapists, and social workers, to ensure that clients receive a coordinated and holistic package of care
- recruit, train, and develop new members of the care team, ensuring that they are fully equipped to deliver the highest standards of care
