Responsibility
- oversee and implement a robust and effective welfare, academic and activities programme
- we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Summer Camp Program
- set up and manage the centre according to ES London’s brand, policies and procedures
- the Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the programme while managing a team and support staff
- provide and deliver a high-quality service that our students, group leaders, agents and staff expect and deserve
- the Site Manager may be asked to take overall responsibility for the academic, welfare and/or leisure programme
- if you have a passion for working with young adults and creating an enriching and fun summer camp experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting position
- provide vision, leadership, support and direction to all staff under their management as well as all students and group leaders attending our course
