Responsibility
to assist during food service following direction from the breakfast chef or the dinner chef
to have a good knowledge of food hygiene and to assist with maintain food safety at all times
to support breakfast, lunch and dinner with the preparation of vegetables and other ingredients
to support the menu development with creative suggestions and taking the lead when asked on various dishes
to be able to work under pressure
following the direction of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting with the preparation of the breakfast and evening menu, ensuring that all health and safety and food hygiene regulations are followed at all times
to ensure that all legal procedures for cleanliness, labelling and paperwork completion are followed at all times
must be able to follow specifications of the lead chef but also work with care for food and flair for presentation and good intuitive showing respect for good food at all times
