Requirements

  • good understanding of the FCA, desirable
  • ideally held a similar position within the Motor Finance Recoveries Industry either as a lender or collector, desireable
  • ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
  • enthusiastic with a positive, ’can-do’ attitude, friendly and helpful approach
  • confidence to deal with challenging conversations

Responsibility
