Requirements
- law Degree or CILEX qualification preferable
- minimum 2 years paralegal experience
- high attention to detail
- ability to deal with difficult telephone conversations with Defendants/Opposing Solicitors confidently and calmly and refer if appropriate
- previous experience in debt recovery, insolvency or previous paralegal experience roles is desirable but not essential
- an awareness and/or experience of the CPR Rules and progressing claims through the Court system
- enthusiastic with a positive, ’can-do’ attitude, friendly and helpful approach
- good written, numeracy and oral communication skills
