minimum 2 years paralegal experience
ability to deal with difficult telephone conversations with Defendants/Opposing Solicitors confidently and calmly and refer if appropriate
an awareness and/or experience of the CPR Rules and progressing claims through the Court system
good written, numeracy and oral communication skills
