Responsibility
- takes responsibility for the efficient and effective preparation of accounts
- maintains profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts and other accounting records and process
- takes responsibility for the efficient and effective preparation of VAT returns &
- PAYE schemes for clients in various industries
- produces, collates and reports financial information to Chartered accountant
- carries out and supervises accounts systems to ensure accounts are being maintained effectively and provide information on accounting practices to auditors
- develops and manages business relationships to increase fees for firm
- manages team handling all client queries
Requirements
- excellent accounting knowledge
- existing experience in practice necessary
- excellent knowledge in using accounting packages ideally in Xero, Sage and VT Software
- good organisational skills
- able to use own initiative and always display a courteous and professional
- manner
- comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
