  • working alongside management to discuss process improvements
  • briefing the Engineers regarding the Integration of new processes/ components
  • managing contractors
  • complete low volume production activities
  • TPM checks and schedules
  • carrying out risk assessments

Requirements

  • proven track record of improving processes/ introducing change
  • background in engineering/ manufacturing
  • working knowledge of workflow management methodology, i.e., KANBAN, LEAN, 6 Sigma
  • excellent planning and project management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CAD - Competent in either 2D or 3D
  • an investigative mindset
  • the ability to operate under pressure
