- this is a predominately a desk-based role in our office in the South East or at your home
- we are looking for someone who can work as a team and has the ability to think on their own
- the ideal candidate has experience in working with MSP's before and seeks an opportunity to help achieve fast growth and contribute to a great working ability
- this role has lots of opportunity for those who have strong technical skills and ability to learn combined with client communication skills
- you would need experience with networking, troubleshooting, and troubleshooting protocols such as Ethernet, WiFi, Firewalls, VPN's, Cyber security, Servers, Microsoft & Hosted products
