Responsibility

  • ensure high performance levels are achieved, and maintained within agreed standards
  • resources planning for the Commercial Department to ensure key business functions are resourced appropriately
  • to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the UK Commercial team, notably the Head of Function and other Network Managers to identify opportunities for improvements that are related to driving revenue opportunities, delivering a positive customer experience and driving efficiency savings
  • evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback on performance levels that enhances and develops skills, knowledge and techniques
  • you will also have a strong influence on all Commercial Team Leaders, to ensure improvements are implemented and that ongoing support is delivered in a timely manner, which will assist in production of overall key business objectives
  • assessing your own strengths and weaknesses of performance levels and identify areas for further development
  • weekly KPI reporting to demonstrate performance and improvement opportunities. Responsible for identifying and delivering process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across the Commercial team , and reduce customer attrition
  • support cross functional activity aligned to the UK project initiatives to ensure execution of processes are as efficient and effective as possible

Requirements

  • experience managing accounts
  • prior experience in creating KPI Dashboards
  • experience of the automotive industry would be an advantage
  • experience working in sales and account management
  • degree or similar education
  • ability to work on your own initiatives and self motivated to achieve results
  • experience in a customer facing position
  • account management: 3 years
