Responsibility
follow up all enquiries and proactively seek new private client care packages to ensure that company revenue targets are met
responsibility for managing and mentoring of assessors, scheduler and the care field team assigned to this function in the business
arrange assessments with the team assessors to provide timely and compliant care plans and to attain the best possible profitable care provision, and to sign off care plans as the registered manager to ensure CQC compliance
liaise with ‘Live In’ Care Delivery Manager and arrange to hand over any hourly care packages that can be uplifted to live in packages
work with the Bluebird Care team and other health and social care professionals to deliver high quality homecare services and to make improvements where necessary
