Contract type

  • managing pre-contract planning and assisting the Directors
  • managing projects and ensuring all are completed on time and within budget
  • liaising, negotiating and meeting clients, consulting engineers, surveyors, and sub-contractors
  • responsible for providing accurate information for monthly appraisals and various other reports relating to HSQE and Commercial matters
  • assisting with the preparation of project bids, pre-qualification questionnaires , and other presentations as required
  • maintaining a good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation • Ensuring company's Health and Safety and Integrated Management Systems procedures are complied with
  • ideally have experience managing the financial elements of a project, budget, materials etc etc
  • ideally will have construction related degree/NVQ

Requirements

  • contract management: 1 year
