Responsibility
duties will include
architect and write clean, documented, testable and scalable code adding new functionality to our solutions
using our existing agile and DevOps tools and infrastructure
contributing to all our Scrum ceremonies; Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement Workshops and Sprint Retrospectives
the Front-End Developer is responsible for the GUI delivery of large and complex software systems and their components, on time and to acceptable quality levels, all within our agile processes
participating in code, architecture and other reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
you will be a member of the development team designing, building, and testing your code. You will substantially contribute to our development processes, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and used consistently
production of technical documentation, wikis, and release notes, where required, to support all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle
Requirements
you will have at least 2 years commercial React experience, any experience with Angular would be desirable but not essential
expert in front-end web development using HTML, CSS , and newer techniques such as storage, service workers etc
significant experience of consumption
good knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and engineering approaches, such as CI/CD, etc
demonstrable experience in building responsive layouts and mobile websites with cross-browser compatibility from scratch from Zeplin files or Sketch
experience working with source control, automated build, deployment tools and package managers
expert in Typescript and JavaScript web development, frameworks, and libraries, building line of business web applications, using a TDD approach
able to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused, agile environment
