Requirements
- friendly and positive attitude
- playing experience and general product knowledge of pianos and keyboards, particularly Yamaha
- previous customer-facing experience
- experience in developing ongoing personal customer relationships via phone and email
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- experience using Wordpress
- basic computer skills, including email and data entry
- smart appearance with adherence to the smart-casual dress code
