Responsibility
- set up, review and populate a master programme tracker
- coordinate project admin support team who will be responsible for desk top surveys, appointment planning and a help desk function
- provide information to assist with production of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual KPIs
- provide supporting information for the processing of invoicing both internal and external
- actively pursue information from both the RLB team, stakeholders and the Client and feedback as needed
- complaint Handling- Progress and advise all parties as required on a daily basis
- develop and maintain a tracking ‘slogger’ spreadsheet to identify up to date projects situations on a periodic basis
- assist with coordination of a number of survey and project commissions across our office and potentially across our other 5 regional offices
